C&C Group delivered an energy efficiency project for Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and Cristo Rey High School, including the installation of a building automation system across the facilities. The project was structured to be cash-flow positive for the church, generating immediate savings while improving comfort, efficiency, and long-term facility performance. The facility has seen a 20% reduction in its electrical and gas consumption.
