C&C Group delivered a comprehensive energy savings project for St. James Academy, including the installation of a full building automation system throughout the school. The improvements generated sufficient energy savings to fully fund the project, allowing the school to modernize its facilities with no capital dollars required while improving comfort, efficiency, and long-term operational performance.
