University of Kansas Medical System – Hays Medical Center

This three building hospital campus has been a C&C partner since 1997.  The entire 610,000 square foot site is controlled by a single building automation platform comprised of 35 air handlers, three chillers, three boilers, 60 fan coil units and over 150 terminal units.  The 207-bed facility provides acute and pediatric care along with cardiac, neonatal and intensive care units; cancer, joint and spine care, diagnostic imaging and eye surgery center; emergency department including Level III trauma services and a sexual assault response team (SART), rehabilitation and hospice. HaysMed also maintains a Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center, Sleep and Neurodiagnostic services and Robotic Surgery Program.  The facility plans to migrate to our EcoStruxure platform in the summer of 2020.
