He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University, a technical foundation that has guided his practical, solutions-driven leadership style. Under Mike’s direction, C&C Group has expanded its capabilities, footprint, and reputation while maintaining a strong focus on people, performance, and long-term relationships. His hands-on approach and commitment to operational excellence have been central to the company’s sustained growth and success. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time on his farm and making memories with his grandchildren, pursuits that reflect his values of hard work, family, and balance.
