GIVE BACK PROGRAM
As a response to Covid-19, C&C Group’s Chairman, Mike Cillessen introduced a “Give Back” program to encourage his team to help those experiencing financial hardship or just in need of assistance. Not only did we meet the challenge, but surpassed it!
The outreach "GIVE BACK" program included numerous acts of kindness, such as delivering meals to the medical front lines, shopping for the elderly, or personal donations. Many of our associates wanted to help those with the loss of a job by helping pay their bills or monetary donations.
Our Wichita office VP personally delivered meals to the medical teams on the front line. Several associate's family members made personalized masks for the employees to ensure they are protected. This outreach encouragement did not stop with just C&C Group. It stretched even beyond our walls... Enterprise Leasing donated $1,000 to the Happy Bottoms organization, the largest diaper bank in Kansas City, in C&C Group's name.
The “GIVE BACK” program enabled associates to have their donation matched by C&C Group / Mike Cillessen. There were monetary donations totally over $10,000 directed to charities and organizations so they may continue their path of assisting our communities. We are dedicated and committed to our community and will continue to support the “GIVE BACK” program.
